Rodrigo Portapila is a landscape designer, project manager, and Co-Founder of ReEarth Landscaping—an all-electric, low-impact land care company specializing in large-scale outdoor assets.  
 
He has planned and delivered hundreds of landscape transformations across Southern California and advised municipalities nationwide on low-impact transitions.  
 
His expertise includes drought-tolerant landscapes, water conservation, hardscapes, plant and turf selection, irrigation, and sustainable maintenance.
