Paul Hansen is the Vice President of Client Services at SouthWest Landscape, Inc. and a second-generation green industry professional with more than 20 years of experience in landscape management, water conservation, and client services. Throughout his career, he has helped homeowner associations, commercial property owners, and community managers develop practical, sustainable landscape strategies that balance environmental responsibility with long-term asset stewardship.

Paul's expertise spans executive leadership, HOA landscape management, irrigation and water management, organizational development, client relationship management, and operational systems. He has led initiatives focused on smart irrigation technology, water-use efficiency, landscape renovation planning, and proactive maintenance strategies that help communities adapt to increasing regulatory requirements and changing climate conditions.

As Vice President of Client Services, Paul oversees strategic client partnerships, service delivery, enhancement planning, and communication standards across SouthWest Landscape. He works closely with HOA boards, community management firms, and executive leadership teams to implement forward-thinking landscape management programs centered on transparency, responsiveness, fiscal stewardship, and long-term sustainability.

An ISA Certified Arborist, Paul is a Past State President and current State Treasurer of the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA). He has been recognized as a Greater Irvine Chamber of Commerce 40 Under 40honoree and is a frequent speaker on landscape technology, water management, leadership, and operational excellence. His passion is helping communities rethink how landscapes are designed, maintained, and managed to create resilient outdoor environments for the future.
