Meagan Kirchner is the founder and principal attorney of Kirchner Law PLLC, a Virginia-based immigration practice dedicated to employment-based visa programs, with a particular focus on the H-2A and H-2B temporary worker programs. With more than a decade of experience in complex business immigration, she represents employers across the United States in landscaping, agriculture, hospitality, construction, and other seasonal industries facing structural labor shortages. 

Meagan’s practice extends beyond petition preparation. She advises employers on workforce planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management under Department of Labor and USCIS rules, including wage obligations, housing and transportation requirements, recruitment, audits, and enforcement actions. Her work frequently involves developing long-term labor strategies that align operational realities with federal regulations. 

She regularly speaks to industry associations and employer groups on H-2 compliance and labor policy and is known for translating complicated immigration regulations into practical operational guidance for business owners and managers.
