Kathleen Hallal is a NOFA Accredited Organic Land Care Professional and a longtime advocate for sustainable landcare. She led the community effort behind the City of Irvine’s Organics First landscaping policy and served on the Irvine Mayor’s Environmental Commission. Today, as Vice President of Landcare & Municipalities for FireHawk Bioherbicide, Kathleen works with landscape professionals, municipalities, schools, universities, and public agencies to help them adopt high-performing practices that conserve water, build community trust, and support business growth.
