Justin is the CEO of Strata Landscape Services. Strata was founded in 2025 to build the premier commercial landscape maintenance company with a soul, with a commitment to delighting clients, empowering employees, and delivering great service with a smile. Strata has completed 4 acquisitions to date, achieving $35M in revenue, and was named the industry’s fastest growing company in 2025 with 420% growth.

Prior to Strata, Justin was co-founder and CEO of the world’s first robotic lawn care franchise, Robin Autopilot, which he pitched on Shark Tank and in TechCrunch Disrupt’s Battlefield. Robin was founded in 2015 as an “uber-for-lawn-care” business with 10,000 residential customers in two years before pivoting to installing and painting over 1,000 robotic mowers. Justin was featured on NBC’s Shark Tank, on CBS’ This Morning, and in TechCrunch Disrupt’s Battlefield.

Prior to Robin, Justin was the VP of Sales and Client Strategy for ecommerce video pioneer Invodo, the 25th employee of Bazaarvoice (NSDQ: BV) where he launched and managed the European HQ, a consultant for Deloitte Consulting, and a high-yield bond analyst with Franklin Templeton Mutual Funds. 

Justin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and lives in Broomfield, CO with his kids Cody and Kyla. When he’s not working or driving kids to soccer, basketball, or theater rehearsals, he’s most likely out riding one of his bikes in the mountains or tending to the 5,000 sq.ft. of flower beds around his home.
