George Harris is the Co-Founder and CEO of Prodigy Wildfire Solutions, a company redefining how we protect homes, businesses, and communities from wildfire devastation. With a background in large-scale engineering and construction, George brings a rare combination of technical expertise, practical problem-solving, and personal purpose to his work.

Originally from the UK, George built his career in high-end residential construction, heritage restoration, and large-scale development before founding Prodigy in Whistler, British Columbia, an idea sparked during a visit to Canada amid one of its worst wildfire seasons. Witnessing the destruction caused by increasingly intense fires, he set out to design a system capable of meeting this growing threat head-on.

At Prodigy, George leads a global team driven by a single mission: to deliver lasting protection and peace of mind in the face of a changing climate. Under his leadership, Prodigy has set a new benchmark for wildfire defence, merging engineering innovation, reliability, and integrity to create systems that perform without compromise
