After years of running a company that depended on him for everything, Chris rebuilt his business with clear systems for marketing, sales, and production. Today, his team operates the day-to-day without him being involved in every decision, allowing him to focus on growth, leadership, and helping others do the same. 

Through Legacy Decks Academy, Chris works with contractors across North America to eliminate guesswork in estimating, improve profitability, and build teams that can execute without constant oversight. His approach is practical, straightforward, and built from real-world experience in the field. 

Chris also serves as the Chairman of the NADRA Education Committee, where he helps shape training and education initiatives to elevate the deck and outdoor living industry. 

Chris is known for breaking down complex business challenges into simple, actionable frameworks that contractors can implement immediately to create more consistent revenue, stronger margins, and more time freedom outside of work.
